Veronica Gamble

Masters in Public Administration ( MPA )

Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and social work, I bring extensive professional experience, compassion, and a genuine appreciation for the different paths people take through life. I work with adults, teens, and couples who may be navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, career stress, grief and loss, or simply trying to better understand themselves and their lives.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I don’t believe therapy is simply about talking about problems. I want to understand what is happening in your life, help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work alongside you to develop healthy, realistic strategies for moving forward. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can explore your experiences, identify barriers to growth, and work toward meaningful change.

Beyond the Therapy Room

I believe that who we are outside of our professional roles matters, too. I love traveling and experiencing different cultures, people, and perspectives. My travels have taken me to Africa, Paris, London, New Zealand, Peru, Hungary, and beyond. One of my most memorable experiences was hiking Machu Picchu—an experience that reminded me that some of life’s most meaningful destinations require patience, persistence, and a willingness to keep moving forward even when the path becomes difficult. Closer to home, I enjoy spending time with family, practicing yoga, hiking, and writing. These experiences have reinforced something I also bring into my work as a therapist: there isn’t one right way to build a meaningful and fulfilling life.

A Supportive
Space to Begin

You don’t have to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what you need or even knowing where to begin.

My goal is to provide a confidential, judgment-free, and supportive space where you can be honest about what is
working, what isn’t, and what you would like to change. I will listen, but I will also engage with you. I may ask thoughtful questions, offer another perspective, challenge patterns that no longer serve you, and help you turn insight into practical steps toward change.

Therapy isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about gaining a better understanding of yourself, strengthening your coping skills, improving your relationships, and creating a life that is more aligned with who you want to be.

If you're ready to begin your next chapter, you can choose the appointment option that works best for you.

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

You have already lived the story that brought you here. Therapy can help you decide what you want your next chapter to look like. If you’re ready to begin that next chapter, Veronica would be honored to walk alongside you.
